Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request) to keep the site secure and working. If you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags (such as UTM tags or an ad click ID), those tags, the address of the page you landed on and the referring site are sent with your quote request, so we know which ad or link brought you. After you send a request, your browser stores a small note for that session only, so the same request is not sent twice. It never leaves your device.

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as we need them to provide and document our services, and to meet tax, legal and accounting obligations. Requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Security
This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we limit access to client information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email cleaningrochas@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
Children's privacy
